This session is an experiential workshop for anyone who has felt overwhelmed, burnt out, frustrated, angry or unmotivated to carry on. The style of breathwork you will practice is an active meditation technique using your breathing to take you on a somatic journey. 

Your breath allows you to navigate and relieve your body of stagnant energy, reconnecting you to your innate support systems and creativity.
